NEW CONSTRUCTION
A newly built barn offers the perfect combination of function, efficiency, and long-term value. Unlike older structures, a new barn is custom-designed to fit your exact needs—whatever they may be!
From breaking ground, all the way to the finish line we will work as hard as possible to make your expectations reality.

Breaking Ground
There are many things to consider when beginning construction here are a few of our main concerns before we break ground on any new construction project.
Define Purpose & Use
Discuss how the barn will be used—livestock, storage, events, or other—and tailor size and layout accordingly.Assess Site Conditions
Review land features, drainage, access, and soil. Make sure utilities are available or plan for alternatives.Check Zoning & Permits
Ensure the project complies with zoning laws, and secure all required building and environmental permits.Finalize Design & Materials
Choose a barn style and materials that fit the use and local climate. Plan for features like doors, windows, and ventilation.Confirm Budget
Create a clear cost breakdown, including site work and potential upgrades. Verify payment plans with the customer.Review Contracts
Use a detailed contract covering scope, payments, timeline, and warranties.Set a Project Schedule
Build a realistic timeline, accounting for weather or material availability delays.Plan Site Logistics & Safety
Coordinate staging areas, material delivery, and safe working zones—especially around animals or crops.Coordinate Utilities
Organize service hookups (electric, water, etc.) and consider future needs like plumbing or solar readiness.Maintain Communication
Set regular updates and site check-ins to keep the customer informed and involved throughout the process. -
Finish Line
When approaching the finish line with new construction it is best to address all the necessary items that deserve a final touch of attention. Here are some of the items that we feel are best to account for when approaching the finish line of your new barn.
